iTransit has a fulltime motorcoach contracting department working year-round to ensure bus and motorcoach companies have endless opportunities to contract their buses for large-scale events.

iTransit is proud to have a strategic partnership with Gameday Management Group to be the exclusive contracting arm for all large-scale special events they organize. 

Gameday, an Orlando, Florida based company, is a comprehensive transportation management services company.  Founded in 1994, Gameday’s mission is to provide cost effective and efficient transportation management services to their clients, while creating a new standard of service and quality in the special event transportation industry.   Their consistent growth and ability to retain top-level events as repeat clients speaks well of their ability to offer a high level, valued service.

	Gameday’s events include:   2009 Presidential Inauguration 2009 NCAA Men’s Final Four The Daytona 500 2008 NCAA Women’s Final Four 2005 Presidential Inauguration Super Bowl XXXIII Super Bowl XLIV 2002 Winter Olympics Capital One Bowl ...and many more In addition to those events, iTransit is currently working with Gameday to contract approximately 1400 buses and motorcoaches for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.

In addition to contracting motorcoaches for events, iTransit also provides on-the-ground support to companies of all sizes who are operating equipment during an event, including housing accommodations for drivers and staff, dispatch communications and training.
